Spiritual Healing Tips of the week
I hope everyone is safe and sound after Hurricane Irma.
Sending prayers and healing energy to my home away from home in the Florida Keys!

The storm was a scary, stress filled event. Even with the sometimes catastrophic event this Hurricane was, in a spiritual sense Hurricane Irma can be seen as Mother Gaia's was of bringing balance and cleansing of our energetic space. Energetically is has brought renewal and a chance for us as human beings to come together. On the other hand you can take her as a metaphor for Kali Ma destruction for rebirth and renewal! A fresh start! Instead of resisting and always trying to control it was a chance for us to learn to surrender even during the most stressful fearful moments. Allowing us to heal and release what no longer serves us. So all the while we are cleaning up the debris in our lawn take a moment to look and see what debris you need to begin to let go off mind, body and spirit.
