Kids love Reiki! Who doesn’t?
They are so naturally drawn to the energy, and they benefit so much from it.
With that being said Reiki is a great addition to any child’s bedtime routine.
All kids should have a bedtime routine to help them calm down as well as feel grounded before they drift to sleep.
This will help them relax and get the rest they need to tackle the next day ahead.
What better way to help our kids calm their energy before bedtime than including Reiki into their routine?
Just a few minutes before their bedtime have them do their usual routine of brushing their teeth, and just as they fluff their pillow and get tucked in you help guide them into a restful, healing sleep.
Reiki will help calm and ground their energy from a hectic stressful day at school, day care, football or dance practice, etc.
Let’s face it, kids nowadays have such hectic schedules and are facing so much anxiety and stress that they can really benefit from Reiki.
The Reiki energy will also help to cleanse any stagnant/negative energy absorbed into their chakras/aura.
