Chakra Meditation
Below is a meditation I suggest you do at least once a week. First sit in a comfortable position. Take a deep breathe in and out. Start to focus on your breathe. Relax the body the hands and feet. Visualize a white light coming in at the crown of the head then see it move down to your third eye which the light changes to the color of the chakra which is purple as it passes through it focus on the third eye chakra and then down to your throat chakra which will be the color blue stay in this chakra for a few breaths and then move on to the heart chakra which is the color green hold for a few breathers, then move down to your solar plexus which is yellow and hold for a few breathes, move down to the sacral chakra which is orange hold for a few breathes, then move down to the root chakra which is red hold for a few breathes. Now see your chakras aligned and shining brighter than ever in there respective colors. Then visualize these colors growing brighter and brighter as it envelopes your aura in a protective shield hold vision for a few breathes. Then slowly start coming back to the body move your fingers and your toes and slowly open your eyes.
